Lender Program
Advertise where buyers are already looking
Put your card on the websites of the real estate agents you already work with. Buyers see you beside the homes they are considering, in the states you are licensed in — and it goes live when you publish it, under your own compliance department’s review.
How it works
- 1. You buy seats. A seat is one agent’s website. Priced per seat, paid up front — never per lead, per closing, or per conversion.
- 2. You build your card. Your name, NMLS ID, employing company, licensed states, bio, and a link to your own application system.
- 3. You publish it. Your card has draft and published states, so your compliance team reviews it before you publish — and it goes live when you publish, on your attestation that they approved it. We do not review it. Your published card keeps running while you edit the next one; we can pull a card, but we never approve one.
- 4. Agents add you with your code. They type it into their admin. Nobody can place your card without an agent choosing to.
Your dashboard
Whether your card is live, how many seats you have left, and every site running it — one screen.
What the agent gets: nothing
This is the part your compliance department will want to read.
- You pay Listing Nav for advertising space, billed independently.
- The agent pays full price for their website and receives no discount, referral fee, commission, or other thing of value for hosting your card.
- Removing your card has no billing consequence for them.
- Nothing is priced per lead, per closing, or per conversion.
RESPA Section 8 prohibits giving or accepting a thing of value in exchange for the referral of settlement service business. Paying fair market value for bona fide advertising is a different thing, and we have built the product so that it stays a different thing.
What a buyer sees
You write it once and edit it whenever you like. Your published card keeps showing, unchanged, until you publish a new version.
- Your NMLS ID and your employing company’s legal name and NMLS ID.
- The states you are licensed in. Your card is hidden beside properties anywhere else.
- A link to NMLS Consumer Access, so a consumer can verify your license.
- The Equal Housing Opportunity mark.
- A visible “Sponsored · Paid placement” label.
- Your own state-specific licensing disclosures, verbatim, if you supply them.
We never take a mortgage application. Your “Start your application” link goes to your own licensed system, where your compliance stack can see it — so nothing here starts a TRID clock on your behalf. Your card never appears on commercial listings, and never beside a property in a state you have not listed.
The disclosure, in full
This paragraph appears on every render of your card. It is not editable.
This is a paid advertisement. This lender pays Listing Nav for placement on this website. The agent or brokerage whose site you are viewing receives no discount, referral fee, commission, or other thing of value for displaying it, and pays no less if they remove it. You are not required to use this lender, and you may shop for a mortgage from any provider you choose.
